1. What the membership is
Americlub is a digital membership club: guides (playbooks), a continuously maintained database (the map), and a member briefing. The membership grants access to digital content for viewing and reading. It includes no individual advice, no brokering of financial products, and no promise of approval or outcome.
2. Price and term
The membership costs 99 USD per year (English edition) or 99 EUR per year (German edition), inclusive of applicable sales tax or VAT. The term is one year and renews automatically for further one-year periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. For founding members, the price valid at sign-up remains unchanged for as long as the membership runs uninterrupted.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current yearly period: in your profile through the payment management (Stripe), or by deleting your account. Deleting the account ends the subscription; payments for the running period are not refunded and access continues until the paid period ends. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
4. Withdrawal for consumers
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies (notably consumers in the EU: fourteen days), the following applies: by purchasing you agree that access to the digital content begins immediately. You expressly consent to that immediate start and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once access has been granted. Withdrawal and refunds are processed through Stripe as merchant of record; a message in text form to legal@americlub.com or through your Stripe receipt is sufficient.
5. Access and use
Access is personal and not transferable. Sharing credentials, systematically copying the database, and republishing content are prohibited. In cases of abuse we may suspend access; further claims remain reserved.
6. Content and warranty
The content is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice (details on the Disclosure page). Rules of banks and authorities change; we maintain the database with dated verification notes but give no warranty for decisions of third parties, in particular not for the approval of applications. The service is operated with reasonable care; liability for simple negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law, and liability is capped at the annual fee paid, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
7. Changes to the service
The club evolves; content, structure and scope can change as long as the core character (playbooks, map, briefing) remains. Price changes apply only to future renewals and are announced in advance; the founding price guarantee stands.
8. Governing law
The law of the State of New Mexico, USA applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of their home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
