Privacy

Effective: August 2026. Data controller: FREE LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact: legal@americlub.com.

1. The short version

We run a membership club. We collect only what running the membership requires: your account, payment through Stripe, email delivery, technical logs. We do not sell data and we run no advertising networks.

2. Hosting and log files

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Key Systems GmbH, Germany) automatically processes technical data: IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier. We use this for secure operation of the service. Logs are deleted after 14 days.

3. Member account

When you join, we process your email address, name where provided, language edition, membership status and progress data inside the member area. We use this to provide the membership. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; deletion ends the subscription and removes account data unless a legal retention duty applies.

4. Payment through Stripe

Sales are handled by Stripe as merchant of record. Payment data (card details, billing details, tax country) is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never receive full card data, only status and subscription information. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies in addition.

5. Email and the briefing

Members receive transactional email (access, payment, account) and the member briefing as part of the membership. Sending runs over our own infrastructure and is relayed by our hosting provider through MailChannels. Nothing is shared with advertising networks. Non-members receive email only after a confirmed sign-up (double opt-in); every email carries an unsubscribe link.

6. Cookies

We set technically necessary cookies only: session, login, language. No tracking or marketing cookies. We keep a daily count of how often each outward link is used, as an aggregate number per link, with nothing that identifies who clicked.

7. International transfers

We are a US company; data is processed in the USA and in the EU. Where required, agreements with service providers include standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. For members in the EU, EEA, UK and similar jurisdictions, the rights below apply as granted by local law.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Requests: legal@americlub.com. The member area’s export function is our delivery channel for data requests.

9. Changes

This policy is updated when services or the legal situation change. The version published here applies.
